As an agricultural economist, Heinrich von der Decken has managed the Panker estate for many years and thus estate manager of the Hessische Hausstiftung. In addition, he was an advisor for agricultural businesses in northern Germany and currently works as an agricultural expert and consultant in the development of renewable energies, among other things. At the CHB group, he advises on topics in the field of agriculture.
